Our British chef, Wayne Gallo, began his career in the restaurant business in the U.K., then moved on to study in South Africa and the Caribbean. He excels in preparing tasty meals that adhere to special dietary requirements from gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan, pescetarian, and food allergies. His cuisine includes French, Indian, Caribbean, Asian, Turkish, and Italian selections as well as all types of sushi preparation. Wayne strikes the right balance between mouth-watering and exceptionally healthy dishes, with each presentation being picture perfect!
